RFP Portal: from the request to the signed contract RFP Portal is where communities and businesses put work out to bid and contractors compete for it. Publish the request, collect every proposal in one place, compare them properly, and e-sign the award without leaving the portal. Free to browse, free to bid, and proposals are unlimited on every plan including the free one. How it works

Publish the request. Set the scope, budget range and deadline. Invite specific businesses, or open it to every qualified contractor in the category.

Collect the proposals. Bids arrive in the portal with their documents attached, instead of scattered across three inboxes and a shared drive.

Compare, award, sign. Score proposals against your criteria, compare the shortlist side by side, and send the award for a legally binding e-signature.

What RFP Portal does

RFPs matched to your trade. Your profile carries your categories and service areas, and the open list is filtered to them by default.

Told when work appears. Get notified as soon as a new RFP matches your expertise.

Proposals side by side. Put the shortlist in one view and read price, scope and timeline against each other.

AI on the drafting and the scoring. The RFP writer turns a rough description into a structured request, and AI proposal scoring gives every bid a first pass before a person reads it.

E-signatures built in. Send the award, the contract or the change order for a legally binding e-signature and get the executed copy back automatically.

Proposal templates. Keep your standard scope, rates and terms on file and start each bid from them.

Insurance on file. Certificates of insurance live on the contractor record, so who is covered and through when is answered before the award.

A profile that gets you found. Publish a business showcase to the directory and let communities looking for your trade come to you between bids.

Your team, your sign-in. Invite colleagues with their own logins and roles. Two-factor is available to every account, and SSO through your own identity provider on Enterprise.

Pricing Start free. Browsing RFPs, submitting proposals and posting requests are free, with no cap on how many. Paid plans add e-signature documents, new-RFP notifications, proposal evaluation tools and more seats, and Enterprise adds the AI RFP writer, AI proposal scoring and SSO. Create a free account, browse open RFPs, find a contractor, or sign in.
